Dnes je ve velké části prostoru souvislá vrstva starého zmrzlého sněhu, která je výrazně ovlivněna nadmořskou výškou a tím zda je sníh vyfoukaný nebo ne. V nejvyšších částech prostoru od 820 do 860 metrů je 20 až 40 cm sněhu a dá se jezdit na lyžích i lesem. Ve výšce od 750 do 820 metrů je sněhu od 10 do 20 cm a některá místa mají sněhu minimum (meze, zídky apod.). V nadmořské výšce pod 750 metrů už jsou výrazné oblasti bez sněhu.
Během tohoto týdne budeme sledovat předpověď a ze zásoby připravených variant vybereme tu, na které bude nejvíce sněhu. Momentálně to je varianta s tratěmi pouze nad 750 metrů a z 95% na loukách.
There is continuous layer of snow depending on altitude and exposure to wind at the event area. The highest areas from 820 to 860 meters have from 20 to 40 centimeters of snow and it is possible to ski on forest tracks. The altitude between 750 and 820 meters has from 10 to 20 centimeters of snow and some limited places are covered minimally (earth banks, earth walls etc.). The altitude below 750 meters has larger areas without snow.
We will watch weather forecast during this week and from a number of prepared variants of courses we will select the one with the most of the snow. At the moment it is variant with courses above 750 meters altitude only and 95% on meadows.
